5. Transportation Services

Transportation services are provided by licensed and insured third-party carriers. Nova Classic Cars coordinates these services but is not responsible for delays, damages, or other issues that may occur during transport.

6. Buyback Program

Our buyback program offers are based on current market conditions and vehicle condition. Offers are valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn at any time. Final purchase price may vary based on actual vehicle condition upon inspection.

7. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
